Our fundraising program provides your supporters with an opportunity to purchase an exceptional product at a great price while also helping your organization raise funds. This is a one-of-a-kind offer for you to fundraise by selling our made to order Beard Papa fresh-n-natural cream puffs! We bake our two-layer shells, fill them with our whipped vanilla custard cream and dust each puff with powdered sugar to create a crisp and creamy treat you and your supporters are sure to love. Who is eligible? Any valid non-profit, 501(C3) club, team or organization that completes the Application Form and passes a screening process is eligible. What am I selling? Your organization will sell tickets valued at $10 each and are redeemable for Six (6) Original Vanilla Cream Puffs (Retail Value: $10.50) or One (1) Sampler Pack (Retail Value: $11.30). Sampler Pack includes two (2) of the following: Original Vanilla, Chocolate and the Premium Flavor of the Day cream puffs. What is my profit? Tickets are sold for $10.00 and your profit is $3.00 per ticket sold. How do I apply? Please download the attached Fundraiser Application and 2007 Agreement Form. Fax completed forms to (808)735-7276. Is there a minimum order? Yes, the minimum order is 250 tickets. Additional tickets may be ordered in increments of 50 for a minimal fee. Your initial ticket order is free. What are the up front costs? There is a non-refundable down payment of 25%. Are tickets refundable if not sold? Tickets can be returned to Beard Papa Hawaii but are subject to a printing charge of $0.75 per ticket. All down payments are non-refundable. Do the tickets have an expiration date? Yes, the tickets will expire 3 full months from the date that the application is approved. Where can I redeem my tickets? Tickets may be redeemed at any Beard Papa Hawaii location.
